—Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Alice Schlesinger, J.), entered on or about November 15, 1993, which denied the petitioners’ motion for a stay of arbitration and for a declaration that the respondent has no standing under the Bankruptcy Code to pursue his claim against the petitioners in the arbitration proceeding, unanimously reversed, on the law and the facts, the petitioners’ motion for a declaration that the respondent has no standing to pursue his claim is granted and the arbitration is permanently stayed, without costs.
