In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of an oral modification agreement, the plaintiffs appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Owen, J.), dated April 9, 1996, which granted the defendant’s renewed motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint, and denied the plaintiffs’ cross motion for summary judgment.
Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
