In these consolidated cases, defendant appeals two judgments of conviction for the Class A misdemeanor of driving while suspended or revoked in violation of ORS 811.182(4). His license was suspended because he had refused to submit to a breath test in the course of an investigation for driving under the influence of intoxicants (DUII). See ORS 813.100(3) (providing for that penalty). Defendant entered a guilty plea in each case. On appeal, he assigns error to the trial court’s imposition of fines at sentencing.
