¶ 1 Appellant,1 Mary Parker, appeals from the February 22, 2001 judgment2 of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County which was entered following the denial of Appellant’s motion for post trial relief.3 For reasons set forth *742herein, we reverse and remand for proceedings consistent with this opinion.
