In this adversary proceeding under the umbrella of the chapter 7 case of Margaret Moon (the “Debtor”), plaintiff Angela Tese-Milner, the chapter 7 trustee in this case (“Trustee”), seeks relief arising from an unauthorized postpetition settlement of a pre-petition personal injury action (the “Personal Injury Action”) that had been brought on the Debtor’s behalf.
