Before the Court is Carbon Investment Partners, LLC and Carbon Master Fund, L.P.'s (collectively, "Carbon") motion for an extension of time to object to the discharge of the debtor Lee Alexander Bressler ("Bressler"). ("Motion," ECF Doc. # 111.) Previously, Carbon moved to extend the deadlines to object to Bressler's discharge under section 727(a) of the Bankruptcy Code and to the dischargeability of Bressler's debt to Carbon under section 523(c) of the Code.
