Thiele, J.:

This is an appeal from a conviction for persistent violation of the prohibitory liquor law.

The information charged defendant in four counts with being a persistent violator. The first count charged possession of intoxicating liquor, the second and third charged sales of intoxicating liquor, and the fourth charged the maintenance of a liquor nuisance.
