In this proceeding the Monroe County Department of Social Services alleges the neglect of Dawn Burnham, an infant, by Stephanie Burnham, her natural mother, and Wesley Dunn. A hearing was held pursuant to section 1027 of the Family Court Act on April 19, 1978, and the court by order dated August 14, 1978, temporarily removed said infant from the respondents finding that said removal was necessary to avoid an imminent danger to the child’s life and health, and the child was placed in the custody of the Monroe County Department of Social Services.
