ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This matter comes before the Court on Defendant’s motion for summary judgment. For the reasons set forth below, Defendant’s motion for sümmary judgment is GRANTED.

I. Facts

Delores Jackson (“Plaintiff’) was injured when she slipped and fell down stairs at Cobo Hall on Friday, November 19, 1999. Plaintiff visited Cobo Hall on the day in question to attend a graduation ceremony for her daughter, Katrina Jackson.
