hThe issue in this custody appeal is whether the trial court erred in granting sole custody of eight-year-old Karl Thomas Knisely (Karl) to his stepmother, Regina Knisely (Regina). Karl’s paternal grandmother, Mary Delores Knisely (Mary), appeals this judgment, asserting that the trial court erred in not awarding her custody. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court judgment in all respects.
