The appeal in this case is from a judgment in favor of the plaintiff, William John Pigott, who br'ought this suit in his capacity as administrator of his minor son, Edwin Pigott, against W. Lawrence Bates. The demand is one for damages for personal injuries sustained' by young Pigott when he was run into, while riding his bicycle, by one Howard Adams, who was driving Bates’ truck.
