LE BLANC, Judge.

The main line of the Texas & Pacific Railway Company runs through the hamlet of Rosa which is situated between the villages of Morrows and Palmetto in the parish of St. Landry. There is some confusion as to the exact direction in which it runs; the railroad people referring to it as east and west, and the people of the locality as north and south.
