Harrington, Chancellor:
Equitable Trust Company, Executor of the will of Margaret C. Kane, deceased, seeks to compel the defendant to account for 19 shares of stock of Union Park Motors, Inc., standing on the corporate records in his name, and for any dividends declared thereon since January 18, 1947, with interest. Hugh F. Gallagher is the president and controlling stockholder of the corporation, and Margaret C.
