BAUM, Chief Judge:

Appellant, pursuant to his pleas of guilty, was convicted by special court-martial, judge alone, of three specifications of unauthorized absence, willful disobedience of a petty officer, violation of a lawful general regulation and larceny of $2,024.50 in violation of Articles 86, 91, 92 and 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 886, 891, 892, 921. The judge sentenced appellant to a bad conduct discharge, confinement for five months, forfeiture of $200.00 per month for five months and reduction to pay grade E-l.
