BERRY, Justice:

Plaintiff in error, defendant in the trial court, has appealed from a judgment rendered upon a jury verdict in favor of plaintiff in an action brought to recover damages for personal injuries.

Plaintiff alleged that on July 1, 1963, she was a fare paying passenger upon a bus, owned by the corporate defendant and driven by defendant Kendall, traveling from Tulsa to Sapulpa, Oklahoma; upon arrival in Sapulpa the bus was parked in a negligent manner two (2) feet from the loading ramp.
