CARTER, Justice.
The Town of Shapleigh appeals the grant of a summary judgment in favor of Parker and Evelyn Blaney entered in the Superior Court, York County. The Blaneys brought an action against the Town of Shapleigh to establish that the town had improperly claimed tax foreclosure and title to their property. Pursuant to M.R.Civ.P. 54(b), the court entered final judgment in favor of the plaintiffs against the Town of Shap-leigh. We affirm the result reached by the Superior Court.
