CANCIO, Chief Judge.
This is an action brought before this Court pursuant to Section 205(g) of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C.A. § 405 (g), to review a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare as set forward in the decision reached by the Hearing Examiner on February 27, 1965 (Tr. 6-17) and which became a final decision of the Secretary on June 28, 1965 when the Appeals Council denied Plaintiff’s request for review (Tr. 1).
