NICHOLSON, Acting P. J.

Defendant Kenfort Robin Williams appeals from the trial court’s order extending his commitment to a state hospital under Penal Code section 1026.5, subdivision (b)(1). Defendant contends there is no substantial evidence (1) that he has serious difficulty in controlling his behavior, (2) that he has a mental disease, defect, or disorder, and (3) that his mental disease, defect, or disorder creates a substantial danger of physical harm to others. We affirm.
