The primary issue in this diversity case is whether the manufacturer, the White Farm Equipment Company (formerly Oliver Corporation), breached its Dealer Contract with its dealer, the LE-HI Implement Company of Marianna, Inc., by allegedly failing to make available its retail credit plan.
