The parties will be referred to as they appeared in the District Court. Defendant prosecutes this writ of error to review a judgment which plaintiff, the trustee of the bankrupt, obtained against it for the value of seven pianos which defendant secured from the bankrupt after adjudication. A jury was waived, and the court made no special findings. Only certain questions of law are therefore presented. Raymer v.
