Mid-Continent Casualty Company (“MCC”) appeals the trial court’s order granting a motion to enforce a mediated settlement agreement filed by R.W. Jones Construction, Inc. (“R.W. Jones”), and Carr Law Firm, P.A. (“Carr Law”) (collectively, “Appellees”). 1 Because the trial court incorrectly found MCC judicially es-topped from challenging-the amount of Carr Law’s fees and that Carr Law timely filed its charging lien, we reverse.
