Trespass against the defendant, as a sheriff, for the alleged misfeasance of one of his deputies in attaching twenty tons of superphosphate, the property of the plaintiff, as the property of Messrs. Whitehouse & Goodwin, on a writ in favor of their creditors, Messrs. Wattson & Clark.
