On June 10, 1943, Frances McCants sued out a possessory warrant against Mose Underwood for certain described personal property, which she alleged had recently been in her quiet, peaceable, and legally acquired possession, but which had been taken and carried away without her consent, by fraud, violence, seduction, or other means, and as she believed, had been harbored, received, or taken possession of by Mose Underwood under some pretended •claim without lawful warrant or authority.
