DAVIDSON, Presiding Judge.

On a former day of the present term the judgment was affirmed. Appellant has filed a motion for rehearing, urging errors in that opinion. We have carefully reviewed the questions suggested for reversal, as set out in the former opinion, and still think that the matters' were correctly decided.

There is some complaint in the motion for rehearing that the court was not exactly accurate in two statements of the record. In the general statement of the evidence, in the original opinion, among other things, it was stated that Miss Long testified that after the insulting…
