George L. Moore about 1919 invented a certain patent device known as the Moore Sight-Feed Oiler, and letters patent were issued to Moore and Winthrop Burdick and were by them assigned to the Automotive Material Company. Burdick is president and Elmer R. Talbot is secretary and director of the Automotive Material Company. The American Standard Metal Products Corporation is a Delaware corporation, and at the times it entered into the two contracts hereinafter mentioned it was not licensed to transact business in the State of Illinois.
