LATTIMORE, Judge.

Conviction for receiving and concealing stolen property; punishment, two years in the penitentiary.

For many years appellant had been engaged with his father and brother in a new and secondhand book business in Austin, Texas. The father had died. Appellant and his brother continued in the business which, at the time of the transaction involved, seems to have been in the hands of a receiver.
