This action, brought pursuant to 29 U.S.C. § 185, involves a labor dispute between the plaintiff Metal Trades Council (“MTC”), an association composed of various union locals including co-plaintiff Local Union 1302 (“Local 1302”), and defendant employer, Electric Boat Division of General Dynamics Corporation (“EB”).
