FINCH, Judge.
Defendant, charged with attempted robbery in the first degree, was convicted by a jury and sentenced to imprisonment for seven years. He appeals from that judgment.
An information charging attempted robbery was filed March 30, 1961, under §§ 560.120 and 556.150. 1 Thereafter, on August 28, 1961, an amended information was filed and defendant was tried on October 30 and 31, 1961. He was found guilty and sentenced to imprisonment for twenty years.
