Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Tsoucalas, J.), rendered December 3, 1980, convicting him of attempted criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, upon his plea of guilty, and sentencing him as a second felony offender to time served. Judgment affirmed. Defendant was originally convicted in 1977 of the crimes of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and reckless endangerment in the first degree, after a jury trial.
