The respondent, Ida Katherine Warren, is accused of failing to take significant action on behalf of clients in immigration-related matters and of refusing to refund unearned fees and to return certain case file materials. The respondent and the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission, which filed the charges, have submitted for this Court’s approval their Statement of Circumstances and Conditional Agreement for Discipline.
