The Level Club, Inc., one of the defendants herein, a non-profit association, organized under the Membership Corporations Law, has been sued by the plaintiffs in equity, to rescind the sale of certain collateral serial six per cent coupon notes. The *435individual defendants, its officers and directors at the time of the transaction here under consideration, have also been sued for damages for fraud and deceit.
The court dismissed the complaint at the close of the plaintiffs’ case as to all the defendants, except the Level Club, Inc., and against the club at the end of the entire case after proof…
