ORDER

DENNIS D. O’BRIEN, Bankruptcy Judge.

This matter is before the Court on several motions. The Trustee, Mark Halverson, and attorney James Kerr seek attorney’s fees for services rendered in the prosecution of a fraudulent conveyance action. The estate’s only creditors, Farm Credit Services of Mankato and Earl Cameron Probate Estate (Cameron), each object to the other’s claim. Halverson and Kerr object to each other’s fees, and Farm Credit Services objects to Kerr’s fees. Appearances are as noted in the record.
