MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER

Plaintiff John Volpe brings this action individually and on behalf of others similarly situated against American Language Communication Center, Inc. (“ALCC”), Jean Pachter, and Peter Pachter (collectively, “Defendants”). (See Am. Compl. ¶¶ 13-19.) Plaintiff alleges that Defendants violated the minimum wage and overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (“FLSA”). (Am. Compl. ¶¶ 67-78.) See 29 U.S.C. §§ 206(a), 207(a)(1).
