ALBERTSON, Senior Judge:

Appellant was tried by a special court-martial composed of military judge alone for three specifications of unauthorized absence and four specifications of wrongful appropriation in violation of Articles 86 and *610121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 886 and 921, respectively. He was sentenced to 100 days confinement, forfeiture of $300.00 pay per month for 4 months and a bad conduct discharge. The convening authority approved the sentence adjudged and, except for the bad conduct discharge, ordered it executed.
