HOOD, Associate Judge.

Appellant brought suit below on an open account. Trial was had before the court without a jury, resulting in a finding and judgment for the defendant.

The record on appeal contains two statements of proceedings and evidence, one being entitled “Plaintiff’s Statement of Proceedings and Evidence,” and the other “Defendant’s Statement of Proceedings and Evidence.” The two statements are in conflict as to the proceedings had and evidence received at the trial, yet both were approved by the trial judge.
