DECISION

This is an appeal filed by the plaintiff, Dino DeCrescenzo (DeCrescenzo), alleging aggrievement by a final order issued by the defendant, Rhode Island Employees' Retirement System (Board). The Town of Barrington (Town) is co-defendant. DeCrescenzo brings the appeal pursuant to G.L. 1956 § 42-35-15.
