This is a suit for a deficiency judgment for the balance due on a promissory note which was secured by a chattel mortgage. The movables subject to the chattel mortgage were sold by the Sheriff under execu-*540tory process, and this suit followed. The petitioner is the Bank of Terrebonne and Trust Company, Houma, Louisiana, and the defendants are Hayes J. Marcel, Jr., the maker of the note and mortgagor in the act of chattel mortgage, and Hayes J. Marcel, Sr., the accommodation maker of the note.
