This is an appeal from a judgment and sentence of conviction based upon a jury verdict of guilty of armed robbery.
September 26, 1964, two men entered a Seattle supermarket at around 9 p.m., shortly after the store was closed. Entrance was accomplished by pulling open the electronic “out” door, the “in” door having been previously locked.
