This action was brought by plaintiffs Madden, Liddy, Polachek, Sohnen, Friedman and Di Pietrantonio, the first five of whom seek reinstatement and damages because they allegedly were expelled from Local 88, National Organization Masters, Mates and Pilots of America, Inc., without a fair trial' and on charges which did not constitute grounds for expulsion under the constitution and by-laws of either the national organization or Local No. 88.
