Ryan, of New York, against Louis McLane and others for the specific performance of an alleged contract and for an injunction to restrain the defendants from parting with, transferring or encumbering the possession of any certificates of stock held by them respectively of the Seaboard Company, a railroad company incorporated and existing under the laws of Virginia and North Carolina.
