Kenneth Wiley appeals his conviction for possession of cocaine, arguing that the trial court’s instruction on the defense of unwitting possession was an incorrect statement of the law. He also contends his trial counsel was ineffective for failing to object to the instruction. Because the instruction correctly stated the law, we affirm.

Facts
