The plaintiff, as administratrix of the estate of her de*444ceased, husband, Adolph Albrecht, prosecuted' this action in the district court for Douglas county to recover damages for the death of the deceased, caused, as she alleges, by the negligence of these defendants. The defendants have appealed from the judgment in her favor.
