ARNOLD, Circuit Judge:
The National Labor Relations Board, pursuant to § 10(e) of the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, 29 U.S.C. § 160(e), applies for enforcement of its order 1 against Brewton Fashions, Inc., a division of Judy Bond. The Board found that Brewton had violated § 8(a)(1) of the Act, 29 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1), by interrogating its employees about their union activities, by creating the impression of surveillance of those union activities, and by threatening its employees with discharge because they engaged in such activities.
