MEMORANDUM
Derrick Lewis ("Plaintiff") filed suit against The Willough at Naples1 ("Willough") and Oglethorpe, Inc., ("Oglethorpe"), collectively "Defendants," alleging negligence and negligent entrustment based on injuries he sustained while he was a patient at a treatment facility operated by Defendants. Now pending before the Court is Defendants' Motion to Dismiss for lack of jurisdiction pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2). (ECF No. 5.)
