The plaintiff appeals from a final judgment entered for the defendant, Samuel Heilman, M.D., after the allowance of his motion for summary judgment. See Mass. R. Civ. P. 54 (b), 365 Mass. 820 (1974). See also Blood v. Lea, 403 Mass. 430, 432 (1988).
