J. D. McMillin, Jr., was one of the pre-organization subscribers of stock and a former employee of the defendant, Great Southern Corporation. Shortly after incorporation, a ten-year stock option to purchase a stated number of shares of the defendant corporation at the price of One Dollar ($1.00) each was given by the defendant corporation to complainant and certain others of the pre-organization subscribers of stock.
