This is an action to foreclose a real estate mortgage. The complaint was filed with the clerk of the district court of Box Elder county on May 7, 1924. It is alleged that the mortgage sought to be foreclosed is a second mortgage, that the mortgagor had failed to make payment in accordance with the terms of the mortgage, that he had failed to pay the taxes, and that there were unpaid taxes standing as a lien against the property.
