CLAYTON, District Judge.
This suit originated by the filing of a bill of complaint in the Chancery Court of Alcorn County, Mississippi, by certain heirs and devisees of Dave Hamlin to set aside as fraudulent, conveyances made by Dave Hamlin to defendants, Edward D. Hamlin and his wife, Ruby Hamlin, and *300to cancel as clouds on their title deeds of trust in favor of the defendant, J. T. Yancey, and the defendant, United States.
