Before the Court is a Motion to Determine Amount and Distribution of Funds filed on behalf of the defendant, Boston Old Colony Insurance Company, and a Motion to Tax Costs filed on behalf of the plaintiff, Javaid Hussain, individually and d/b/a Sheik’s Oriental Rugs and Sheik’s Oriental Rugs, Inc.
