Plaintiffs Anne Henry and Richard Ralls bring this action as a result of a consumer report or investigative consumer report al*57legedly prepared at the request and direction of the Resolution Trust Corp (RTC), the predecessor of defendant Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Plaintiffs maintain that defendant’s actions violated the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681, et seq.
